How long does the demo account last?
The term of the demo account in MetaTrader 4 is not limited, provided that you enter (log in) at least once a month to the demo account.
How to recover password from demo account?
After opening a demo account, the password for entering MetaTrader is sent by letter to the internal mail of MetaTrader.
If you forgot the password, do not use the password remembering mode in MetaTrader and did not remember if – you can open a new demo account. Passwords for accessing demo accounts are not restored.
What should I do if MetaTrader 4 reports an “Invalid account”?
There are two options:
You enter the wrong login in MetaTrader: MetaTrader login to the demo account is six digits (for example 345678), it is reported in the MetaTrader window after opening a demo account and sent to internal mail in MetaTrader.
You enter an incorrect password: The password in MetaTrader consists of at least five characters of at least two of the three types of representation – lowercase, uppercase, and numbers. All letters must be Latin. The register (big/small letters) matters.
